1. About this site

sharmasahil.in is the official website and book store of author Sahil Sharma. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the store.

2. Products & pricing

• We sell physical books (and, where indicated, digital/e-book editions) written by Sahil Sharma, and — when the merch store is open — official merchandise such as apparel, posters and collectibles. Books may also be listed as pre-orders with an expected release date; pre-orders dispatch on or shortly after that date.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are shown inclusive of applicable taxes. Printed books currently attract no GST in India; where GST applies (e.g. merchandise), it is included in the displayed price and shown on your tax invoice.
• Prices, availability and release dates may change at any time before you place an order. Obvious pricing errors may be cancelled and refunded in full.

3. Orders & payment

• Payments are processed securely by Razorpay (cards, UPI, netbanking, wallets). An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds.
• Orders placed over WhatsApp or email are confirmed when we reply and payment is arranged.
• We may refuse or cancel an order (with a full refund) in cases of suspected fraud, address problems we can't resolve with you, or stock issues.

4. Shipping, cancellations & refunds

These are covered in detail by the Shipping Policy and the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which form part of these terms.

5. Your account of truth

You confirm the details you give at checkout (name, address, phone, email) are accurate. We're not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect details, though we'll always try to help fix them.

6. Reviews you submit

By submitting a review you confirm it's your own genuine opinion, and you give us a non-exclusive right to publish it (with your name) on this site and in promotional material. We may decline or remove reviews that are abusive, fake or off-topic.

7. Intellectual property

All books, excerpts, cover art, text and design on this site are © Sahil Sharma (or their respective rights holders) and protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce or distribute them without written permission, beyond fair-use quotation.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the seller's place of business.
